THE BEST PART OF THE DAY

Sala Casa de la Cultura de Alzira

Sala Coll de Alas  de Gandía

2018

The collection explores the coexistence between the ancestral and the contemporary: monks, travelers, artificial lights, mobile phones, and waiting spaces are part of compositions in which the human figure appears naturally integrated into the environment.

Color is one of the fundamental elements of the series. Intense tones, warm lights, and vibrant contrasts create atmospheres inspired by the visual richness of different regions of Asia, conveying sensations of discovery, vitality, and emotion.

This series was born from different journeys through Asia, where color, tradition, and everyday life become the central axis of the visual narrative. Through markets, temples, gardens, and urban scenes, the works gather memories and impressions of places full of contrast, movement, and energy.

Beyond representing specific places, the works seek to capture the experience of travel and the way certain spaces remain in memory.
