COLLECTIONS

Each collection is born from a place, an emotion, a journey, a space, a moment in time, or a question. A path that repeats and transforms itself over the years: the surrounding world as a common thread. How we inhabit it and where we find refuge.

Some motifs disappear and return. Others evolve. This is the journey.

PANORAMA

Centro Cultural La Asunción

2025

Presented in the group exhibition La vida en 6 miradas.

Panorama brings together a series of works that, as a whole, build a visual narrative around the relationship between landscape, architecture and human experience.

The project places the horizon as a symbol of transition and contemplation, combining natural spaces and intervened environments where water, vegetation and open structures create scenarios suspended between memory and perception. Each work functions as an autonomous fragment within an expanded composition.

MAYO

Centro Cultural José Luis García Palacios

2024

This collection was created especially for the exhibition space of the Fundación Caja Rural del Sur in Córdoba. With nature and vegetation as its central axis, the project develops an intense chromatic exploration inspired by the luminous and sensory atmosphere of the month of May.

The series evokes the essence of the Andalusian spring through scenes where architecture and landscape coexist in harmony.

ORIGEN VEGETAL

2023

Vegetal Origin proposes a contemplative gaze towards the organic, where colour, light and pictorial matter construct scenarios that oscillate between the real and the evocative. Each work offers a sensitive approach to the natural environment, understood not only as a physical landscape but also as a space of introspection and emotional connection.

PAISAJES VIVIDOS O IMAGINADOS

2022

In this exhibition I have focused on creating landscapes — lived or imagined — where landscape itself is the protagonist. Landscapes and vegetal motifs that invite a state of calm, drawing us into the effect that nature produces when we truly immerse ourselves in it.

Greenhouses are one way of experiencing nature within large cities: artificial spaces where nature is confined within transparent structures to maintain particular microclimates.

SILENCIO

2024

Silence is born from those landscapes that transcend words and reveal themselves through emotion and contemplation. Places where cold, light, vastness or stillness generate an intimate experience suspended in time.

Nature appears as a living, shifting presence — a space we belong to even when we feel estranged from it. Its rhythms, sounds and atmospheres build a sensory perception that invites pause and observation.

In my painting, those sounds become silence. A silence bound to contemplation and the emotional experience of landscape.

ACTITUD

Centro Comercial Arturo Soria

2021

Attitude was created during the pandemic. It is a reflection on this new normality — a time when we were confronted with ourselves, with the way we face our reality, our longings and our inner world. Through a fictional character, I sought to capture this new reality in allegorical form, where nature and home became the most valued elements during lockdown.

MAR

In this series, the sea appears as a space of encounter between landscape and human experience. Beyond its representation as a natural environment, the works explore the relationship people establish with it: rest, movement, play, contemplation and the sense of freedom these open spaces inspire.

Rather than depicting specific places, the series seeks to capture moments and sensations connected to the sea, understood as a space of perception, movement and emotional connection.

DESTINO

2020

Inspired by train stations, transit hubs and spaces of passage, this collection explores those places of waiting and movement where people cross paths anonymously in their everyday lives.

The human figure emerges naturally within these compositions: travellers, waitings, encounters and journeys build a silent narrative where movement and stillness constantly coexist. Through contrasts of light, colour and perspective, the works seek to capture the contemporary energy of these spaces and the emotional experience of moving through them.

LO MEJOR DEL DÍA

2018

The collection explores the coexistence of the ancient and the contemporary: monks, travellers, artificial lights, mobile phones and waiting areas all form part of compositions where the human figure appears naturally integrated into its surroundings.

Colour is one of the defining elements of the series — intense tones, warm lights and strong contrasts. This series was born from several journeys through Asia, where colour, tradition and everyday life become the central thread of the visual narrative.
